By accessing or using JobHackr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

JobHackr provides tools for job seekers, including a resume keyword scanner, cold DM generator, and job search aggregator. Some features are provided for free, while others require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Use of AI Tools

Our AI-powered tools (including the resume scanner and DM generator) provide suggestions based on automated processing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of these suggestions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use JobHackr for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Attempt to scrape data from JobHackr in an automated fashion
• Submit fraudulent information or resumes you do not own
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service

7. Limitation of Liability

JobHackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or your inability to find employment.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
